Actually, ironically we experienced the same thing ourselves. Bought a new hose, it failed, bought a second, it failed also. Third one was the charm. Yes, I bought from CW, because that is where I prefer to buy my RVing supplies.
CW was able to look up our transactions on their computer and they cheerfully exchanged the hose each time with absolutely no difficulty. I am confident that you too will have no difficulty with your transaction. In ALL my experience with CW, they have delivered outstanding customer service. That is why I drive 65 mikes each way to shop there.
Stuff happens. Manufacturers have glitches. Product is bought in large batches by companies, so when there is a Mfg.issue, there does tend to be a number of them, and quite often delivered to the same merchant. A small bump on the road of life. Have a good day!
