I don't get the business model at CW. It seems to be the strategy of getting customers that don't do much research and buy from CW because they have "camping" in their name or they are the perceived expert in the field. Or people who just want to do business with someone in the hobby - like I do.
The thing is they are so far off the mark when it comes to price and service that it makes loyalty almost foolish. The on-line vs in store pricing issue that comes up so often here pushes the point home.
With buying power of CW's many stores they should be able to rival Amazon and any other retailer in price. They should be consistent with their prices where ever you buy and you should be able to count on any CW service.
