Could be that your machine is a BOT and has a root kit. Many of these are not detectable by online anti-malware programs. You may need to create bootable media that can do a complete offline scan. At work we use appliances that monitor network traffic for malicious activity. If not for that we had several infected machines that we would never have found otherwise. Unfortunately there is no good way for a home use to know that they have a root kit.
