RF MOGUL has went black since last Thursday night.

Took until today to get through and found they went black. Tried to tell me a crock of stuff and wanted me to pay for upgrades,etc. What the upgrades mean is beyond me. But it's big bucks. Current...

For the RFM, it;s a hardware problem. I have a Gen 1, and the cost to replace the parts on the roof and a new controller (Off/on & search&stow) inside the coach is $1200.00 plus freight, etc.,.
Unfortunately it seems RFM is shipping to their installers first, the rest of us get the hind teat. While I don't like it, they are a business.
Yes, I've talked to Carlos the tech and Jim in sales who decide who gets first in line.
