DISH Network has changed the left-hand (LHCP) tracking transponders of its 110°W and 119°W satellites from QPSK to 8PSK encoding. As a result, DISH Network subscribers with the above referenced TracVision systems might need to upgrade to an RF7 board or choose an alternate LHCP tracking transponder.
FWIW... not just an RF Mogul problem.
King Systems reports that their units are not affected by this issue.
