roof tv antennas
If you were going to replace your roof top antenna. What antenna would you replace it with and would you use an amp also? I have a winegard mount up there now

I have the same "disc" antenna. I disconnected the antenna and clipped the center conductor of the coax to a random chunk of wire and got more stations then I did with the antenna.
I did some additional testing and sent the results to Northwoods suggesting they stop supplying that antenna.
Like some of the others suggesting the Winegard Batwing with the Wingman addition I have real world credentials on Antenna design and construction.
