RV GPS..New Garmin delayed. Any recommendations?

We are planning a 6 wk + trip next month. I have been waiting for the new Garmin 770 RV gps, but the release has been delayed. I hate to wait until the last minute to buy something in case it become...

How long have you been using your 66O?

I'm wondering if the mapping is the same on all Garmin truck and rv gps' , except where the dezl models have trucker oriented logging apps, etc.
