There has been a very long discussion on another RV forum about some previous models having issues. My ran flawless for a total of about 8 hours this week. The screen is bright enough and the sound is decent. The image quality is not high def compared to my vehicle screen or my nuvi but the large screen is really nice. The Nuvi can be a pain because it does not have a "back" key. Often I find myself having to start the route again because I got somewhere I didn't really mean to get to in the menu. The Rand "Good Sams Model" is the 7720 from Camping World and is very user friendly. I ordered the 7720 from the factory and found their delivery was "sometime in a few weeks". CW had their official Good Sams Model in my hands in about three days.
