Samsung will not let you "uninstall" most of those apps period. They can be disabled using the same process Settings > Application Manager > App Name > Disable. This makes it disappear, but it's not gone.
You can also re arrange the app icons and add pages to the app folder that have only the apps you want on them. This is done by pressing and holding on each icon till it can be dragged, then drag it to the page you want it on.
