The Canadian Bell signal is only available a few hundred miles into the US which is the reason for the question.
I have been in mid-Oregon and Syracus, NY and the signal existed but just a bit farther S. and the signal disappears.
Hopefully, someone who has been in that area "recently" will be able to answer for certain but you should be close enough to receive the programming.

Well never tried Bell in Jackson/Irish Hills area. (Michigan International Speedway) but have in Detroit and it worked.

Every reason to believe it will in the MIS area, in fact all of Michigan.. I'm told it works down to around the middle of the USA or a bit farther.
