I think you are on track. I have a subscription for my car (Mostly Music. It doesn't have to be All Access, but some plans don't have the option) and added internet streaming for a couple of bucks, then just used my smart phone with a dock in the house or garage. The only thing I can think of where that wouldn't work is if OP has spotty internet or doesn't have a smart phone/computer available for streaming (such as at a campground). OP could probably call them up and get a 2 month free trial in the car to see if it works for him.
But to answer the original question, each radio must have a separate subscription. Just subscribing to a home radio will not automatically turn it on in the vehicle. Only internet streaming can be used on different devices.
