Sat Radio
If I buy a sat Radio to use in the shop and house, will they light up the sat radio in my car on the same subscript, or will I have to put the new radio in the car and deal w/ a wiring mess ?

Depending on the radio you buy and the radio in your car it may be possible.
(Possible to use the same sat receiver possibly as an "AuxInput" device on the car radio)
But no, as others have said it won't "lightup" the car's existing receiver. Wrong ESN.
