Yes and no. I do wish you read a bit before you posted!
The Tailgater and Pathway antennas do not require any SEPARATE power. You run one coax cable from the antenna to the receiver and all is good.
All of the other systems require a coax PLUS a separate 12V power source (and cable).
The difference is one cable or 2 cables and having a separate power source requirement or not having that requirement. That is a difference that most anyone should be able to understand.
