Satellite TV question
I'm sure this has been asked but...
If I have a home TV subscription to DirecTV (or Dish) can I take a receiver from home (assume I buy another dish or a tailgator or similar) and use in the RV? ie does the receiver "know" where it is? Does the subscription follow the receiver? Any advice on this?
I have Comcast and am thinking of going to DirecTV and one of the "pros" I'm thinking of is taking a receiver on the road when we go (assuming I need a dish of some sort).
My outings would be short (ie, max 7 days or so, and within 200 miles of home)
Thoughts, advice, wisdom would be appreciated.
