I love getting calls from these guys. True they can't get into your computer but equally true they are just a pain. It's almost as much fun to see how long they will keep trying to get me to turn my computer on :)
On another note just because bob_nestor just brought it up, always be cautious of anyone wanting to use a DHL shipping. I used to work in central Africa and DHL is the only shipping company the have there. Just remember when you shop online in the USA everyone ships with UPS and in Canada we like to use Canada Post but all of a sudden an email comes and they want you to use DHL...red flag
