This is NOT a CW problem.It is a Weber problem.
How is it CWs fault that the Weber package did not give you explicit instructions on the use of the BBQ,it is in the
instruction manual that you have to use a small canister. Did you read it?
I have had 2 fail and it is a known problem to Weber,they have changed companies that MFG the hose.I bought them from Amazon but did not complain to them or blame them.
Contact them for a replacement,the hose has a 2 year replacement guarantee.I got mine free from Weber.
Put blame where it belongs,It seems that you always want to bash CW for something that is not in their control.
