CW sells this product and needs to stand behind it and work with the MFG to get these problems ironed out. And I expect they will do what is right.

Maybe "you" need to go back and read your post. Everything you posted "bashed" GSE for selling you a substandard hose. Nothing about the manuf. of the hose. I feel sure GSE will stand behind the sale with a new replacement. You said this is not good enough. You want a refund. If I was GSE I would tell you to contact the manf. and get a refund. Did the hose have a money back guarantee? I doubt it. You are very good at bashing GSE about any problem you encounter. Most of us have gotten tired of your comments. Have a MERRY CHISTMAS.
I think you are a bit over the top here with this bashing thing. I dont need to reread my post because I composed it. No where did I malign CW. I dont know what your definition of "bashing" is and I really don't understand why you are so sensitive to protecting GSE and CW. What possibly can be your concern?
CW is responsible for the products they offer to their customers. And as any company they need to know when there are problems. Most companies don't want problems, and appreciate it when customers bring them to their attention before theey become a public relations problem. I am sure CW doesn't want problems either.
I simply told Cw that I was sure that I didnt get the only two defective hoses and that they should address this problem. I also told them exactly what I expected of them in this case, which was reasonable and probably appreciated by CW as they know exactly where I stand.
Keep in mind this was not ONE substandard hose it was TWO. And no matter what the store, if I buy a product and it lasts only a week or two, you can bet your bottom dollar that I am going to return it to the store for a refund or replacement.
CW chooses the products they sell, and if they turn out to be substandard, faulty or shoddy, they need to know and because they choose the product it is CW that needs to make it right.
Your problem actually seems to be more with ME than with what I actually wrote. Which is interesting. If you want to see REAL bashing of GSE and CW I can refer you to many other posts by different people.
But it's not the way I do business. I simply stated the facts and indicated that I expected a promise of cash refund IN WRITING. That is just good business and in my best interests...it's not bashing.
Whatever "voice" is in your head that you are reading my post with you should try another less hostile one. A more modulated reasonable one. Then maybe you will understand this issue.
