Security question; Alias cell phone and second email

Hi. As a newbie full timer interested in social media, clubs, forums, etc., does it make sense to have alternate email and cell accounts? I think Yahoo offers second email for free, but I'd think Veri...

An option for your phone is Google Voice. You can configure it to disallow anonymous callers (those with no caller ID), have people you don't know announce themselves and other options. Just forward the Google Voice number to your current cell number and only give out the GV number.
