FYI - using Sling WiFi technology to watch programs "over the Internet" doesn't use any broadband data. Sling is like Apple's Airplay which also streams video directly between two devices without using broadband data.

I don't think so. However, you could connect a USB hard drive to your home Hopper, transfer the programming from the Hopper to the hard drive, then connect the hard drive to your RV Hopper.
