Hi all! THANKS for all the info!!! It appears that despite my fears and lack of knowledge I have succeeded in creating the remote access!!! Your assistance was GREAT! I was tempted to let them set it up, but once I understood how this process worked I proceeded with caution! For now I'm watching the dog sleep...! Thanks again! ST
