A good app for an Android phone is IP Cam Viewer. Easy to set up and works so you can monitor from your cell phone. I have my cameras set up so that a couple of them will send a text message if they detect movement the message includes 3 still pics. If I am concerned or curious I can just pull up the app and watch any or all of my cameras in real time.
