Weatherbug...in settings you can set it for a specific location or on your current location. If set to your current location it will us the gps to follow wherever you are. You can set up alerts as well that will alert your phone with an alternate ringtone if you want. I use 2 app widgets on my smartphone home screen. One is weather bug to follow me where I am and the other is the AccuWeather app set to me home town so I can see what it like where I am and what it's like at home at a glance. I also use the paid version of Radarnow another excellent weather app.
