Shockwave Flash Player issue
I started using Chrome a few months back because my IE9 wasn't supported by many websites I use. I have an old computer and y'all told me a long time ago I couldn't update it. So switched to Chrome....

I recently got an update notice, to update the flash player plugin for Fire Fox
Shockwave is outdated and really used only in gaming and some advs
I have done swf programming
The menu system on some Verizon LG touch screen feature phones, like the voyage, were programmed in swf, lots of cell phone games are programmed in swf
But flash video is still very common
Shockwave files have a swf extension
Flash has an flv extension

Anyway you might try updating the flash plugin for chrome
Or switching to Firefox browser
If Google won't update chrome to use the new flash plugin
