Sleepy computer
What makes a computer clow to wake up from sleep mode? It’s a Dell Inspiron pc.

Max out your memory and install a SSD. New life blood for old laptops. (Typing on a "middle of the road", 10+ year old laptop with both of those upgrades.)
From the COMMAND prompt run PERFMON /RES- If your using a cloud backup, they are usually very resource heavy as well.

Did you us task manager to see what's hogging resources? - Windows as windows ages they slap patch on top of patch on top of patch on top of patch on top of patch.
A patch is like a band aid
Now imagine if you had band-aids on 30 deep.. you'd slowe down too. - Bloat ware, virusus, too many programs trying to load.
