Soft storage bag for LCD TV?

We have a 24" LCD TV we use in the bedroom or often set outside. When traveling we've been putting it back into original box. But that box is getting worn out. Anyone know of an inexpensive soft sided bag to fit a small LCD TV to use while traveling? So far haven't had much luck.

Also have a Blu-Ray player we use when watching outside. Trying to find something to store it in as well.

Just curious - is the bedroom TV not mounted on the wall? If so then it should be safe to leave it there for travel. That is the case with mine (I have a 22" with built-in DVD).

If you like to bring it outside then you could use one of those brackets that allow you to slide the TV out of the wall mount and slide it into a similar mount on the outside wall of the RV. That is how my living room TV is mounted. Of course if you want it off the outside wall then you'd need the stand.
  • Mine also sleeps on the bed during transport.. Been doing it that way for several years..
  • I sewed 2 towels together and slip it inside there and store under the bed, it fits in a plastic bin with extra towels and blankets.
  • Mine rides on the bed when not hanging too. If you really just want some sort of cover, how about a pillow case?
  • We carry our all-in-one computers in art folio bags. We use a piece of shearling type material to protect the screen. Works great for us.
  • You might look at soft sided laptop briefcases.
I just put mine face down on the couch and slide it back in under the backrest cushion. Hasn't moved yet.
  • The television that came equipped in our camper slides up and down with a motor along the rear window. But the one I installed in the bed room, rides on our bed, as does the satellite receiver, and small DVD player we use in the bed room. Rides just fine there. The smaller television is almost always the fist thing hung back up and the receiver goes immediately back to the living room after I've unhitched.
