I hope someone knows about this... :h So, I bought a Sony ultrabook bout 17 months ago. Great specs, I7 processor, 8G ram, 256G SSdrive. Had it up to Windows 8.1 and I love the computer and W8. OK...

May have figured out some of Sonys confusion.
This model has never been sold in Canada and its at Sony Canada repair. Possibly the tech has never seen a drive like this has????
When I was on phone with Sony I explained I had purchased in USA and had no problem sending to US for repair. They advised to send to their Toronto repair centre, but now I know should have went with my instinct.
O well, the rich get richer and us poor get poorer...:W
