Solid State Drives-(Updated. 11/20)
I hope someone knows about this... :h So, I bought a Sony ultrabook bout 17 months ago. Great specs, I7 processor, 8G ram, 256G SSdrive. Had it up to Windows 8.1 and I love the computer and W8. OK...

Thanks everyone for your advice and info. Still e-mailing with the service writer and sent him a picture of the "naked" (i called it) SSD drive so his tech could "find" it.
They still say it's missing which isn't possible...
Talking with a service writer who's dealing with his tech is starting to sound like some shady RV or auto dealers we have discussed on here..:S
If he gets back to me saying they have found it then what?
I really have no confidence in them now.
I gave them an out by bringing to their attention that this model not sold in Canada and maybe they should send down to Sony USA... :W
