I really have no confidence in them now.
I gave them an out by bringing to their attention that this model not sold in Canada and maybe they should send down to Sony USA...

have them return it to you "as is" untouched
and then have a look inside.. maybe you can find and replace the SSD
or just take it with it you to Fl and then get it repaired
