speaker assistance for 2013 ERA

I just purchased a 2013 ERa . Does anyone know how to get all of the speakers in the coach to operate. Now all I get if the radio is on is back speakers. If the tv is on I only get tv speakers. I have read the manual but to no avail. help please . may have to go old tech and bring out my ipod.
