Most likely yes. If your TV has an audio output jack (either 3.5 headphone jack or RCA connections, then yes. Connect one of those to appropriate inputs on your sound system. My headphone jack is plugged into the dash radio and and then I use the rear speakers, which just happen to be close to the TV.
Some RCA jacks maybe labeled fixed audio , volume controlled by secondary amplifier or marked variable level, then volume could be controlled by the TV

Edit added Yes the sound bar would be the best option, connect to TV the same way, even a available with sub woofer
