Speed to stream?
Not real smart on computer stuff. That being said, what kind of internet speed do you need to stream shows and movies and such? I know that my home system is kind of boondockville U.S.A. and the ATT...

Actually... we live out in the country. Our Internet is supposed to give us 3 mbps but we only get 1 to 1.5
We are able to stream both Netflix and Amazon. Sometimes it is very slow but mostly we are able to watch movies and shows with no problems.
We have Direct TV with a DVR. We can pause and record shows. We don't have enough bandwidth to start a program from the beginning.
We moved here from Austin where they now have AT&t and Google fiber...it was a big adjustment for us in the beginning but now we have no traffic!
