There are two ways to do it.
ONE: Head down to Best Buy, Fry's, or the comptuer store of your choice and buy a DVD/CD player/Burner that plugs into the USB port. Last time I was in GA I was given a free netbook, complete with such a device, Though it is a Dell, it works on all the computers I have here.
TWO: Load the DVD onto a any computer that can read it, Go to drive properties (My cmputer right click on the DVD drive choose properties, then Sharing) and SHARE that drive, then install on the laptop via the net from the shared drive (Requires your own router or hot-spot that lets the computers chat w/each other)
If you go with option one you will be set for a long time to come.
