I have used S&T and Delorme Street Atlas in the past but in the past couple of years had pretty well abandoned Delorme. This year I bought the 2015 Delorme with GPS and have been playing around with it.
I am impressed with the GPS, it acquires the satellites very fast. I miss the POIs that are a part of S&T but there lots of POIs available on-line that work with Delorme, but they have to be loaded into it. I also miss the "Save as" function. It makes it more difficult to take an existing trip, change it and save it as a different trip, but maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it.
In any case I plan to use it next summer and that will be the real test
