No I don't think they will raise prices much or even at all when the cable/satellite companies go under, when it comes to streaming its easy for any company to upload videos and movies, if you have a Roku box now you can see there is hundreds of companies doing streaming with thousands of movies/shows now, streaming allows more competition so that will keep prices low..
