How do I stop videos on my Facebook account from automatically playing until I push the play button?

Based on the fact it's been a change in how videos are displayed on Facebook, I'm willing to bet Facebook "changed" something in how they deliver/present posts.
Disabling Scripts from YouTube would probably stop most of them
