Strange Message During Boot-up on Laptop

Ever since installing W10 Creator;s Update on my Toshiba, this message appears shortly after signing in from the first screen. Otherwise, my computer works OK. Someone on another forum suggested it may indicate a problem with the hard drive, maybe impending failure. I've run various disk checking utilities and they find nothing wrong.Here's a photo of the screen:



Anyone else getting same message?

    If it happens on boot up it probably has not loaded the operating system so a restore will do nothing. It would seem that Toshiba has a disk checking utility that operates during boot. This could very well indicate pending failure of the hard drive. It also could mean nothing and will work forever. There is no easy answer.
