The simple answer to the OP's question is that it is very easy to watch streaming video from Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other sources using game consoles, such as an Xbox, or, better yet using a device designed for the purpose such as a Roku.
The second part of that answer, however, is that you had better have an internet connection other than a campground's wifi since those usually lack the necessary bandwidth and many CG owners frown upon such activities.
A 4G cell phone signal used either through a phone's hotspot or a device such as a MiFi can provide excellent video, but you will have to expect data usage to be at least 1GB per 2 hours of viewing.
