Can some one technical explain the process of "Streaming video"? We have Amazon free videos, and am wondering if we can stream those into the laptop and store for on-the-road, then watch on large...

consider 'streaming', as the same thing as watching cable
you need a live internet connection
you can download some amazon prime video to your android tablet or iPad ?
connect the tablet to your TV with an MHL/HDMI cable
the tablet is the player (likes a dvd/vcr) the TV the full size display
downloads usually have a limited viewble time period
they play in the 'amazon app' on your tablet
the file might be good for (2) weeks ?, but once you start to watch it you have 24/48hours to finish watching it
they won't stay on your tablet forever
yes you can 'download ' the movie again if you want to
