Suggestion for improvement

I have a concern over a practice at the CW stores that I recently became aware of. I receive at least a couple of emails a week with sale items. I have noticed that the price advertised is higher at the store than in the ad. When I questioned this in the Bridgeport, NJ store, I was informed that I could have the item at the sale price but they would have to add the $9.00 shipping charge to the cost (rendering it more expensive than the "sale price".

I would suggest that you change your policies if you would like us to continue to support your stores.
