Something like snapfish would probably do what you want. You can upload the pictures to albums and share specific albums with specific people. They may need to open a snapfish account, I cannot remember. (it is free). My wife uses it for the kids sports pictures and shares with other families on the team. They can then have the pics printed and mailed to them, make calendars, etc.
