Suprised and Disappointed Follow Up
Hi all. Just want to update everyone who read my earlier post about the lack of customer service and the Splendide washer/dryer combo fiasco.
Josh followed up with me actually a day after my original post to advise me the units would be available in April and will call me and let me know. I truly believe he will because I think they might be on comission there ( dont know ) and he has lost a ton of sales for this unit. I am extremely pleased with this young man and his excellent customer service skills.
In my follow up PM with Elizabeth, she assured me she would have the web fixed, assured me free shipping when it is available, and honor the internet sales price.
Kudos to Camping World on this. Will update when we ( hopefully ) get the washer / dryer in April.
