Switching to Dish from Direct

SolidSignal is a good source for equipment and technical assistance. They are authorized dealers for both Dish and Direct as well.
I did this same switch at home some time ago. One thing I like about Dish is that I can set up a SlingTV on my home receiver and get all my channels when I'm on the road as long as I have an internet connection. This saves me the cost of a second receiver and the hassle of setup and the sling service on Dish doesn't cost anything, unlike Direct's method of doing something similar.
The downside with both Dish and Direct is their constant creeping price increases which go up much faster than inflation.
