I use TMobile. In very rural areas my 4G data drops to a slower speed. I have never lost it completely. There has always been voice coverage wherever we have traveled.
Out west that is not the case. Verizon is useless in a lot of places, too, but can be used in more area than t-mobile.
Not true do your work for T mobile - I have had my Mifi Data and Phone coverage almost everywhere in the west
X2 on this. I've full timed for the last 2 years and running a Straight Talk phone using the Verizon system and a Verizon MiFi in a Wilson Sleek. I've only had a very few times where I couldn't get service.
I'm currently about 15 miles outside Port Angeles, Wa and everything is working peachy.
I think Verizon is still the provider of choice for us travelers.
