Just switched from AT&T to Xfinity Mobile after 4 years of putting up with AT&T's terrible coverage. (Stayed with AT&T that long because they had the cheapest prepaid plan.)
Xfinity uses the Verizon network plus they have 18 million wifi hotspots that are connected to automatically for data. (You only use cellular data when not in the vicinity of a hotspot - keeps your bill lower.)
They have a plan that gives you unlimited voice and text plus shared data at $12 per GB with the first 100MB free each month.
The "kicker" is that you have to be an Xfinity internet customer to get their mobile service. (We were already a "Triple Play" Xfinity customer.)
