Tailgater and home account

Is there any additional fees to add the tailgater to our home account?
We'd only be using tailgater while we're travelling for the winter.
Thanks

Tailgater does require one of the 211 receivers.

$7.00 per month, leave it in the RV. Sometimes when it has not been powered up for a while I have to call DISH to send a signal out to it. Only takes a few minutes and we are watching television. Tailgater is a great system.

  • We do the same as bbtex.. At the end of camping season I call dish and have them remove the receiver from the account.

The only way I see possible with no additional cost is to have a 211k reciever as one of your home receivers and take it with you on the road.

This is exactally what we do. No additional costs. Sometime you may have to run the check switch on your home tv when you get back.
  • No, there are no additional charges as long as you have one of the few receivers that is compatible with the Tailgater.
