That is a pretty cool device you linked!
My personal opinion is the MarCELL® Cellular Monitoring System, posted by Y-Guy, has the added advantage of alerting in the event of a power outage, power outage = 8-9 second outage versus just brown-outs. If there were a power outage, that can alert you sooner versus waiting for the device temp sensor to alarm on a high temp reading. You are also given 9 total "numbers" to be alerted on. I can enter my and my wife's mobile for text, voice call and also enter both our emails. Could also put my kid's mobiles on there too for added back-up. The Amazon questions/answers have a lot of good info on the MarCELL device.
In a hot environment the temp will start climbing quick but that also would indicate you need to respond faster so the indication of a power outage is preferred in my opinion.
