The end of sat. TV?

I live in Western, NY. If I were to just use my phone, can I still get Buffalo ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox affiliates for Local News, Weather and Sports? Can I watch the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers? How about the NY Mets and Yankees games in the summer? Can I get those NY Stations with my phone? I mean for a lot less than I'm paying now? I know with AT&T I can only use my phone as a hotspot for up to 10GB per month on the unlimited plan. I won't use more than that if I stream a couple of Football games each week, watch a few movies and visit a bunch of internet sites like this one? I wouldn't have to buy any other subscriptions to anything? Currently I use Spectrum and I'm a Triple play subscriber. It's not cheap (over $200 per month) But if I can save a lot of money with all this newfangled stuff and just use my phone, that would be great!
