TWC wasn't much help when a major storm was in the area. Satellite went out because of the storm so they didn't do much for me.
A S.A.M.E tuned weather radio is a real necessity and a real vital service. With that and the NWS on the Internet I left the TWC's overly dramatic forecasts years ago.
