If I lived in NYC, TWC might come in handy. However, I live in Texas, and use the weather app that comes with the phone, then cross-checking it with Accuweather. If there is a concern about storms and tornadoes, I pull up a central TX weather radar app and see about battening the hatches or, worst case, finding a ditch to run to if I'm RV-ing.
