For many years now, we have purchased all our computers from Dell Outlet (Google it to find). It is completely separate from the Dell website. it is returns, sold at a discount, but with same exact warranty as new. The other advantage besides lower price is that they reformat all these computers, as they have NO bloatware whatsoever when we receive them. Over the years we have probably purchased 8 or 10 computers from Dell Outlet, with both excellent value and results.
